Pat Russi is the Recreation Manager for the Alameda Recreation and Parks Department. The third oldest park system in California, ARPD oversees a network of more than 30 parks and facilities, serving over 15,000 people annually. From activities for toddlers to the offerings of The Mastick Senior Center, ARPD has serving the needs of the community since 1895.
