Jazz 91.1 Programs

ALL OUT

Thursdays at 10 PM
Hosted by Greg Bridges

Some call it "free". Some, "avant garde". Whatever name you use, improvisational jazz that pushes the envelope is hard to find on the airwaves. KCSM has changed all that with a show for those of you who like to go "ALL OUT". That's what we do every Thursday night. Playing jazz on the edge that rarely gets heard. Challenging our ears with creative sounds. So go "ALL OUT" with Greg Bridges Thursday nights from 10 PM to 2 AM.

Desert Island Jazz

Friday at 9am

Every week KCSM strands a new castaway on its desert island. The castaway¿who may be a jazz musician, producer, promoter, presenter or educator, or "just" a fan¿selects eight pieces of music to keep them company on the island. In addition, they choose a book and a luxury item.

Alisa Clancy presents "Desert Island Jazz" every Friday at 9AM during the final hour of her program "A Morning Cup of Jazz". Join us next Friday morning for a new castaway.
